If you no longer wish to use Noxie, you can permanently delete your account and all associated personal data. We provide easy ways to request this deletion directly from the mobile application or by contacting our support team.
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted, your game progress, streaks, lightnings, league rankings, and profile data cannot be recovered.
The fastest and easiest way to delete your data is directly through the Noxie application:
Upon confirmation, your personal data and account details will be immediately scheduled for permanent erasure from our servers.
If you have an active Legend Premium Subscription, securely managed through the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android), deleting your Noxie account does not cancel your subscription billings.
